[BDSM-LegalIssues] Re: New book -- good but disturbing>>>

Understood. I have dealt with similar situations where I've been
hired by jurisdictions, and ended up busting shall we say a couple of
cops and a fire chief.... for issues that led to discipline or
termination, etc... But it wasn't over drummed up issues...

I've also seen situations on hiring where nothing was put into
writing, just a thumbs up or a thumbs down from the investigator, as
the employer did not use what was found, so as to avoid potential
legal problems and simply gave the excuse of, "we found a more
suitable candidate".

Steward for a major Public Service organization, I have seen some
pretty minor incidents escalated into grounds for dismissal. The real
reason for dismissal are forever buried.
