Lie detector test evidence is not accepted by the courts for very good reasons. They are about as reliable as reading tea leaves!

Not sure where to stand on all that has been stated so far but...
I always thought one was "innocent until proven guilty"
Draco does make some good points though about patterns & perceptions
but without solid proof, all is just circumstantial and a form of bias.
How do people feel about lie detector tests as a way to also weed out
those who were "let go" because of insufficient evidence? This will/
can/may also weed out those who have committed crimes but have just
not been caught yet. At least with the ones with a record it is out
on the table that they are known felons etc..., it's the ones who
have not been caught yet that employers may want to be wary of.
Again, not sure where I stand yet but just some ideas....
