Re: [BDSM-LegalIssues] A little quote from the book that was mentioned at the start.

Constitutional provisions can not be repealed.
The very first thing the Constitution says is "We the people of the United States ... do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." The rest of the document deals with the management of the United States. Is is a short walk to assert that this document applies to "The People of the United States". Therefore Constitutional protections accrue to the people of the United States - citizens.

corpus has for all intents and purposes been repealed.
Said presidents policy and the supreme court has decided as policy and
law that due process ONLY applies to american citizens which is the
direct opposite of about 200 years of constitutional law and practice
that states that it does apply.

Now if you want we can argue my use of the word repealed since that
