Actually, Dov, Duncan is correct. If you had read (and understood) what
was written, you would not have come to that conclusion. But apparently
you and SH can't write without trying to insult people or twist what was
written to suit your own agenda. And yes, I am familiar with Habeus
Corpus and Stare Decisis. My question is, are you? Like Duncan, I am
seeing a lot of heat and little light in your posts.
It's nice to know that we do have more than a few attorneys on this
list. (I personally know five) but an attorney in Canada is an expert
on Canadian law, not American law.
And Duncan, since you and I are often on opposite sides of a question,
it's rather strange to be on the same side, don't you think?
