No they don't read what you write, because they have straw men to advance
and pockets to stuff with cash based on the status quo. Welcome to American
style politics. It is very distasteful but that is what the problem is in
allowing unchecked rights of corporations. Personally I think if the state
is going to hand you a wash on liability they should demand in return that
you are a good citizen even above your being able to make a profit. Can't
turn a profit that way, then better figure out how to do it as a partnership
or sole proprietor.
