No.

Well, gosh, that makes you the expert. OK.

Of course it's possible to change laws. But to implement a system like that
of BC, you'd _also_ have to change large chunks of the legal system. That's
entirely possible. It might also be necessary to change the Bill of Rights,
because of that pesky Freedom of Association thing.

Indeed. BUT (and follow closely here) what you've confirmed is that the
litigation landscape in the USA is DIFFERENT from that in Canada. Not
better (that's your just inferiority complex talking), but different.
All of which means that you cannot blindly transplant stuff from one to the
other.
Which was the point.

Of course not. But if they are honest, they should recognize that the
problems of discrimination don't stop with the individual. The business
owner also has rights...

This is Wiseman's standard tack: if you don't happen to agree with whatever
soapbox he's on at the moment, you're obviously someone like Pol Pot's
little cousin!
The snag with this thinking is amply illustrated by, say, Leigha Fleming....

Well, DUH!
Of course I frickin' beat my women. Who else is going to do it?
