Actually travis the point you ignore is it points out what rights are
about
Based on your definition a business owner is a separate class of people.
The rights of the business owner is the same as the people he hires he
has a right to run a business and that right includes doing business
and making money under the rules of the road just like any business.
Oh cant make it work well maybe his business wasn't such a good one if
it required that people working for him were required to give up their
rights.

The only problem in your regards is personnel greed, either people as
PEOPLE have rights or they don't.
Or as you've put it people with money get more rights which negates,

So to put it succinctly put up a solution or stop craping in the
process.

Welcome to society travis it sucks but we get to choose how we want
people to be treated, if life sucks then we have ourselves to look at
for who we voted for.
