I find it interesting that Leigha is being denigrated for upholding her employer's policies while volunteering her time to the NCSF. Not everyone can afford to be self-righteous prigs.

I, personally don't see anything wrong with compartmentalizing one's life, I do it all the time as a mother and a mistress. I have taught my son that it's wrong to hit people and yet I do it myself. It would have been inappropriate to teach about the umbrella of BDSM in regard to hitting others when he crowned his friend Tabitha with a lego tower at the age of 6. I digress.

Working with the NCSF involves defending the SEXUALLY persecuted not just the persecuted and while your scenario is hinged upon a BDSM theme it appears to me that while the NCSF could involve themselves it's more a labor lawyer's territory than the NCSF.
