civil court looks like double jeopardy to me but that
concept may only apply to Criminal Law. The fact
that Civil court has a much broader range of
acceptance of finding against, guilt nor
innocence of committing crimes not being involved,
makes for a big range of discussion points that
could keep us busy for a very long time.
