No but apparently you have since you have not been discussing for some time the
case proposed. Arrest and release in short time (say overnight)
which would not
affect the persons ability to perform work unless they happen to work
at night of course.
The discussion has wandered down dozens of other paths but constantly
ignored the
simple path of someone being arrested who is COMPLETELY INNOCENT of
any wrongdoing AND
was released VERY shortly after arrest.
Now lets get back to this point and discuss.
