Not unless your case is sensational enough. If you are just trying to live
your life and the US government screws you over your sexual lifestyle and
you have an unpopular background, nobody cares and nobody will help you.

I don't recall making any demands on the state at all...
But in all honesty, a Big Brother employer is considerably worse. At
least, the Constitution provides a recourse when the government tries
to interfere with our sexual lives.
If it had been Lawrence v Walmart instead of Lawrence v Texas,
Lawrence wouldn't have had any legal recourse. And since nearly all
employers act in the same way, "he can just find another job" is just
a canard.
