Why base it on size of company?

Up here it is "undue burden" that excuses a small company or even a large company.

All depends on what the accommodation is and what it will cost and what impact it will have on the company.

Balancing!

All companies of less than a 100 are not equal - some will have no problem, some will go bankrupt. It ain't the size of the company that is detriminative.

In the codification that Malc and I were discussing the size of the

needs discussion
with respect to any attempt at law. A logical choice based on
precedent in other laws
is to exempt small companies. That precedent probably exists for the reasons
Travis mentions about sympathetiies

If there were a law then insurance opportunities would follow.
